Girlhood Club

Girlhood Club is a club that focuses on things we as women go through in our lives such as periods, trying to be more comfortable in our bodies, relatable relationship stuff and sadly catcalling. There, we’d be able to make bracelets, make posters, play games and music, basically anything you’d love to do.

 

The main focus is the posters/signs. On the posters/signs would be powerful statements like “my body my choice” and many more, and hang them up around the room or the hallways to show awareness of what we face, like again, catcalling, being underestimated, the Roe v Wade situation, women’s rights, etc.

 

Of course, Trans girls can join as well! I want it to be a safe place for all women. Boys can join as well if they’re interested!

 

Meeting time/location: Thursday, bi-weekly, after school in rm 503
