After School Matters at Mather

Camera Chicago - Exploring Chicago through Photo and Character Creation

Mather will be hosting two After School Matters programs at the building on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 4-6:30 pm. Programs will begin in February.

Camera Chicago:

Spend this fall connecting with teens from across the city & photographing your neighborhood. Dive into the history of Chicago and your neighborhood while getting a glimpse into what life looks like for teens in other areas. Through journaling, map drawing & exploring you will create a tour of your neighborhood and use photography to tell your story. Possible group projects include a video slideshow, website & blog work.
