Hey Seniors!
Photo Retakes are this Friday, 3.19.21. Please see the schedule below. If you are an athlete, feel free to bring your jersey, as yearbook photographers will be doing outdoor photos for sports (in addition to indoor senior portraits).
Please reach out if you have any questions! Make sure you communicate with teachers about missing class.

1.) You will have both a "formal" picture taken as well as one with a graduation gown. Lifetouch will steam the gowns between students for sanitation purposes. Due to COVID-19, we will not be wearing graduation caps in these photos, as they are harder to sanitize.
2.) Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so that you can check in and complete the health screener. If you are late, you may not have an opportunity to get your photos taken.
3.) ALL visitors to Mather (students, staff, guests) will need to wear a mask covering their nose and mouth the entire time they are in the building. They must also maintain social distancing of 6 feet (the photographers are prepared for this and have done this at other schools successfully). We have staggered appointment times to allow for safe social distancing.
4.) In addition, all visitors to Mather (including students) must pass a health screener prior to entry to the building. This must be completed the morning of your appointment (it resets each night). Go to cps.edu/healthscreener and sign in with your CPS credentials. This can be completed on your phone, computer, or chromebook.
5.) Once you have passed the screener, your temperature will be taken. Please note that if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, are waiting for a COVID-19 test, or have traveled out of the state or country in the past 14 days (to a RED state), you will not pass the health screener and will not be permitted into the building.
Please do not enter the building if you or a member of your immediate family are feeling ill.
6.) Once your photos have been taken, you must exit the building so that the space does not become crowded.
7.) Your teachers will be notified of your photography appointment. Please be sure to be proactive in making up any classwork that you miss.
