Physical Education will help the students of Mather High School lead healthy and active lifestyles throughout their lifetime, by exposing them to as many positive experiences, as possible. The work in this department is guided by the following three goals: “a sound mind in a sound body;” “fitness is for all” and “fitness is for a lifetime".
