If you have NOT received that email and would like to select a learning preference for your student, please click here to fill out the form.
You may also email your learning preference choice for your student to [email protected].
Please select one of the following choices:
(1) Hybrid Learning: Students will partially learn in-person, attending school in-person a few days a week.
OR
(2) Learn at Home: Students will continue remote learning at home and will NOT attend school in-person for any day.
